INGREDIENTS
- 1 Lb. Chicken Thighs, Bone-In, Skin-On
- 1 Medium Red Onion, Sliced
- 1 Bunch Asparagus, Ends Trimmed
- 2 Tsp. Sea Salt
- 2 Tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp. Cumin
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 2 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread vegetables and chicken evenly on the baking sheet and coat with garlic, oil, and spices.
- Bake for 35 minutes, tossing halfway through, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
